Terms of Service & Booking

Bookings are confirmed on payment of the deposit where required. Detailed itinerary, supplier terms and health/safety requirements are provided with confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability.

Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Supplier charges (e.g. park fees, airport taxes) may be additional and are disclosed at booking.

Certain services are supplied by third parties (hotels, carriers, activity operators). Nireld acts as agent/arranger. Those suppliers' terms apply, and Nireld’s liability is limited as described below.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation fees may apply and depend on supplier policies and lead time. Where a refund is due, we will process in accordance with supplier terms and ACL obligations.

  • Full refund if cancellation by Nireld (except where permitted supplier charges apply).
  • Partial or *** refund may apply for late cancellations or ***-shows per supplier rules.
  • Where consumer guarantees are engaged, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & your rights

Under the ACL, consumers have non-excludable guarantees including that services will be provided with due care and skill, fit for purpose and delivered within a reasonable time. These guarantees apply in addition to any contractual terms.

If you believe a service has failed to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us promptly. We will assess and propose remedies in line with ACL and supplier responsibilities.

Dispute resolution & complaints

We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. If unresolved, consumers in Australia may refer issues to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or state/territory consumer protection agencies.

  • Step 1: Contact Nireld at nireld@hotmail.com or +61427598346 with booking reference.
  • Step 2: Escalation to Operations Director if not resolved within 14 days.
  • Step 3: External complaint to ACCC or relevant state agency if required.
